As a holistic creator, I take an integral view on companies, systems, and society. Those who understand the bigger picture are better equipped to tackle the major challenges of our time: by recognizing how powers, conditions, and relationships interact—and where real opportunities lie.
Even though I wasn't always aware of it, holism has consistently permeated my life – like a common thread. I realized early on that everything only made real sense to me in a larger context. Because one-dimensional thinking doesn't really reveal the true nature of things. Ever since I was a child, I was interested in systems: first simple systems, such as electrical circuits, later larger systems, such as organizations – and today complex systems, such as the economy, health, or our society.
The development towards holism is already evident in many parts of society. The concept is becoming increasingly important in many areas. More and more disciplines are relying on interdisciplinary approaches to better understand complex relationships. This trend is particularly evident in quantum physics, systems biology, and environmental science. Sustainability and the circular economy are central issues that are prompting companies to optimize their processes holistically.
For over ten years, I have been exploring the ideas that found their way into my first book, "Holismus". The book aims to offer everyone who wants to make a difference a holistic view of companies, ecosystems, and society—in order to develop personally or entrepreneurially.
